Widgetbox Images Appear Sporadically
Images show sporadically in my widget. Most of the time they are not there and every now and then they appear. Images are not bigger than the 500 x 500 restriction and the feed displays the images... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A common issue is that the images take longer to load than the blidget or bandwidth restriction depending on where they're hosted.

It looks like maybe feedburner (or your feed) might be jacking your image URL's. See here:
Since the actual URL should be something like:
http://www.sub5zero.com/sites/default...
Here's another view, this time of the RSS source:
So the issue is that you're looking at relative image URL's there, which will break when you view the images from another site. So you'll need to make these fully-qualified URL's.
When they work (sometimes), I'm guessing that either the images are cached on your box, or the feed is rendering differently (which is less likely).

Sorry, but just to clarify, you want to disable relative URL's in your feed. If it helps, relative URL's in the feed can get you into trouble in many places outside of just widgets.
I'm not aware of any services that will proxy your feed and make your image URL's not relative.
