Widget is BLAH, paid $30 for ads to be removed...why aren't they? HELP!
I paid the $29.99 to get a two tab customized widget for my blog (to clean up and condense the many blog buttons I have which take up so much of my sidebar), it stated (from what I read) that the $29.99 would remove any widget advertisements....
Also, I am not satisfied with my widget compared to others; it is BLAH, lacking color, can you help me with this or not???? And then I left a message yesterday about this with no reply.....so I canceled my $29.99 within the first 24 hours but it won't allow me to.
How can I get that back....I didn't realize that some of these widgets were free without paying this fee. Can someone PLEASE help me with my widget to be more colorful, alive, and since it won't give me my money back to take off the Widget advertisement? Or at least show me where else I can go to (another widget site) to get better service???? This, to me, is a very user unfriendly site.....And I consider myself to be pretty decent with computer information and adding gadgets, HTML codes, ect. Can you look at it and tell me what to do??? First I had a 'blidget' which never showed up under 'see as others do'....what am I doing so wrong?? This is really frustrating and I need to find out how to get my money back and possibly look elsewhere if I can't get some sort of help? Is there a telephone number to contact??

Inappropriate?Okay so I worked on a newer sidebar widget/bligdget with Pro but it still won't show....is this because it's under review still? And since I deleted my other PRO widget can I use this newer one that I worked so hard on to replace the older one I paid the $29.99 for?
Why does it take so long for anyone to get back with me????? Shouldn't ya'll be super quick? I need it to be the size I created with the dropdown box so it fits in my sidebar of my blog.

Inappropriate?Hello, I will share this information with the support team tomorrow about the blidget pro you purchased and deleted and they will work through that issue with you. I wanted to give some answers to your questions if they are helpful:
1. ads in blidget pro. I believe you are referring to the get widget button at the bottom. You can disable this button in a pro blidget using the editor. There should be no ads in the pro blidget unless they are in your feed.
2. Getting the widget to look good. There are 2 options for adding images to the blidget. You can either ad a "header image" or you can create a custom background image. Adding the header image is easier but less flexible. Are you still having issues making the blidget look how you'd like or have you addressed that with the new blidget?
