Why does the network widget code not link to my website?
Hi,
Within my Pro account "EuroTime" I tried about 10 times to link the network widget in the right sidebar of www.gvo.cc correctly to my blidget "GVO Social Network" and to widgetbox.
I deleted the mebership of the "GVO Social Network" widget for about 5 times in the business network channel and started all over again. It did not work!
The business channel network widget for "GVO Social network" is still not active and not linked correctly back to widgetbox. It does definitively not work.

Inappropriate?I’m a little confused. But looking at your site, the two blidgets seem to work for me. (It’s been a day so maybe you fixed your issue)
It looks like you have 2 blidgets – GVO Social Network and Widgetbox Blog Network:Business.
When I click on them they seem to work for me, they launch a new window and bring up the blog.
By the way – you have an interesting site.

Thanks for your answer. But now I am really confused. Even today, when I deleted again the Network Widget (Business Channel) for the "GVO Social Network" and inserted there the new code for the Network Widget in the right sidebar of www.gvo.cc, it did not allow me to activate the Network Widget. It says all the time that "We were unable to verify the Network widget on your blog". The displayed blog URL (http://www.gvo.cc) is correct, but the notice says: "The blog URL was not linked to in the feed". And the feed which displayed after "Your feed thinks it's this:" is definitively not the feed from the blidget "GVO Social Network", which starts with: "http://www.gvo.cc/......."

As the error message states, your feed's link element (which points to the source of your data) doesn't match the URL set as your blog URL.
Your blog URL:
http://www.gvo.cc
Your feed thinks it's this:
http://www.eurozeit.tv/profiles/blog/...
You'll need to adjust your feed's link element to point to your blog in order to activate it in the network. This security measure is what prevents others from entering the network with content that they don't own.

Thanks for your answer,. But if you look at the feed link for the blog in the Blidget "GVO Social Network" you will find that the feed link is correctly set to: http://www.gvo.cc/profiles/blog/feed?...
I don't really know why the feed link http://www.eurozeit.tv/profiles/blog/... is mentioned when the network widget cannot be activated. This link is not at all included in the "GVO Social Network" blidget.
I have already reported that the wrong feed link http://www.eurozeit.tv/profiles/blog/... displayed when the activation of the network widget is refused, when sending you the screenshot with my previous message.

Inappropriate?It looks like at the time that you created the blidget, you had a different main feed in there from euro TV. The membership was still using this feed URL. I corrected the URL in your membership and you're not active.

I'm having the same problem. I tried changeing the widgets url feed. But it did'nt update. I can't correct the URL in my membership and I'm not active
