Which is best support@widgetbox.com or Get Satisfaction

I sent an email to support@widgetbox.com a few days ago (Request 859 Submitted Feb 14 02:41). I was very encouraged that the problem had been assigned to Patrick Collins.

However, nothing has happened yet so I am wondering whether this may be the best place to come.

The problem is my fault, of course. I got a bit carried away experimenting when I was signing up - so easy to do on your amazing site!

Anyway, I hope to hear from Patrick soon or I can post my request here if that would be preferred.
