Which is best support@widgetbox.com or Get Satisfaction
I sent an email to support@widgetbox.com a few days ago (Request 859 Submitted Feb 14 02:41). I was very encouraged that the problem had been assigned to Patrick Collins.
However, nothing has happened yet so I am wondering whether this may be the best place to come.
The problem is my fault, of course. I got a bit carried away experimenting when I was signing up - so easy to do on your amazing site!
Anyway, I hope to hear from Patrick soon or I can post my request here if that would be preferred.

Either way goes to the same place. We're not open nights, weekend, holidays... so our first day back in the office was yesterday. We're now working to clear out the few hundred messages from over the long weekend along with the normal daily messages.
