When Creating New Widget, Shouldn't default be NOT in Gallery?

I have a Suggestion (Imagine That!):

Please make creating a new widget default to NOT in GALLERY.

I just created a new widget that wasn't even finished - before I could say 'Blidget', it was Listed! In the Gallery...

Yikes, some of this (my) stuff will NEVER belong in the Gallery...
