What URL do I paste?
I am trying to get a feed from "ujc.org". On their home page they have an rss icon. I has a bunch of articles on it and I can bookmark it to my browser but I can't figure out the url to put in the feed when I am making a widget.
I want it to show up in a test site I am working with "http//lwnewwavedigital.com". Can you help?

Their site has a feed linked o the page with a hyperlink, but not linked with a link element. They'd need to resolve this issue for you to make a blidget from their feed.
