The Flash Widget couldn't be successfully created and saved.
I was not able to create my Flash widget, this is how I did it...
1. http://www.widgetbox.com/make/
2. Click flash.
3. Paste the flash url. For instance: http://www.testtest.com/myflash.swf
4. Widget name: test
5. click continue
6. check "agreement"
7. click save widget.
I have tried to clean the browser cache but the widget still couldn't be saved. Any suggestions on this?

I'm not all that familiar with ASHX file types, so I wouldn't be able to help you figure out what to change to make this work, other than suggesting that you point directly to an actual SWF file.

Inappropriate?It's not just flash files, my HTML widget won't save either. The Apply Changes link button seems to not be working as well as the Save Widget button. Also in order to make it accept size changes on the canvas requires toggling of the ad view links. It is a problem with the Widgetbox site. Can anyone contact them directly. I have tried but every time I click the support link, it tells me that I am not connected to the internet, which obviously I am.

The issue you're seeing in the studio is not the same as the above issue.
If you're getting complaints that you're not connected to the internet, you may have some problems on your system, as that's not an error that our site would or could ever throw. -
Inappropriate?Well Dave, the internet issue is on this forum in the support@widgetbox link. As for my issue, none of the "Apply Changes" or "Save Widget" buttons are working. When I return to edit my code, it is gone. I sent a message manually to support from my Gmail account. Also in order to change the size (which used to be automatic after entering size) I must toggle the preview with/without ads radial buttons. This is not a problem with my system.
As for the internet problem, I was not aware that the link on the sidebar of this page opened outlook, which I do not use and it was not configured; because I don't use outlook with it's security issues. -
The link is a mailto link and will open whatever you have set as your default email client.
The other issue is an open issue that we're working on today for a subset of users. If you emailed us, we can update you there when something changes. -
