Problems with FlashVars and embedding the widget
Hi,
I'm facing a little problem with one of my widgets...
I've created a widget, using a flashfile hosted on my server, configured the additional flashvars to edit the text in my flash animation and published the whole lot...
Now, on widgetbox my widget works fine... I have the "customized text-boxes" below the "get widget" icon, and as soon as i enter any text in here, the flashfile gets updated with the new text... So i figured it was all working fine... However, as soon as i modify the text, and click on the get widget icon, copy/paste it to my hyves.nl or myspace account, none of the text is showing up.... So something isn't right...
I've tried a couple of other flash widgets published in the galery using similar text boxes and as soon as i enter my text in here, and publish it on hyves, it does work fine...
Does somebody have a clue what i'm doin wrong here?
(in my animation in flash, ive simply created 2 new textboxes, named the instance and Var: "name_txt" and "text_txt" and also setup the same values in the widgetboxsettings... again, in the widgetbox console everything works fine... embedding isn't doin very well...)

It seems that your widget may not compatible with Myspace and Hyves. If a widget is compatible with Myspace, we'll give the option. If the option is not available, it means that the widget is not a Flash widget that is compatible with Myspace.

Thanks for your quick reply, however i think you didn't completely understood my question....
The widget/animation itself is compatible with myspace and hyves... (i can embed it using the generated embed code, on both hyves and myspace...) (also, i am using an flash gadget, so I should be fine...)
Like i said, as soon as i copy the embed code to myspace, the widget appears, the flash animation appears, however the text, (which I sent via the flashvars in widgetbox console) doesn't work....
In widgetbox, my 2 flashvar textlines show up as "_level0.naam_txt" and "level0.text_txt" (in case i do not enter any info in the 2 flashvar parameters i added) as soon as i add text, the "_level0.text_txt" and "_level0.naam_txt" change in whatever I added in the 2 textfields... So up to this point everything works fine...
The problem i have is that as soon as i copy and paste the code on myspace or other sites, the "_level0.naam_txt" and "_level0.text_txt" are gone....
No text is appearing at all.... Not the text i entered in the text boxes, nor the reference to "_level0.text_txt" or "_level0.naam_txt".....
So basicly, the question is, what do i do to have the text included (via flashvars) in the embed code?

Apparently i did use some illigal parameters in flash...
Anyway. solved now..
