Newbie Can't Make Flash Widget Work :(
Okay, this is my first time creating a widget at Widgetbox and try as i might I can't get the danged thing to work. I would like to create a Flash widget from the following code:

Can Anyone explain in detail (settings, etc.) how this can be done? BIG Thanks in advance :)

Unfortunately, however, this Flash that you're trying to add looks like it will not work, as the player does not handle the widget query string.

Inappropriate?No, it depends on where your flash file is hosted. The way a flash widget works is that you have a Flash file somewhere on the internet that you're then putting into a widget. Like if you had a smiley face flash hosted at http://myimaginerysite.com/myflashfil... and you wanted it to be a widget.

Is it possible to make a widget from scratch here? Like using an image from my desktop to make into a widget? I was thinking about making a countdown for something so I could use a certain image to be part of it.

Inappropriate?I'm really not sure. Maybe iwidgets.com could help. You could also search our site for countdown widgets that are already created but configurable to the date that you want.
