Network Membership cannot be activated.
When I attempt to join a Channel, I receive a message that my widget is not located on the page, even though I installed it.

Inappropriate? The first thing to verify is that the BLOG URL setting for your blidget, matches the URL of the location that you have the Network Widget installed.
Why do we do this? This is to verify that you are the only one that can enter yourself into a Channel. Real bloggers with real blogs.
We verify that the specific widget that we give you on that Join page is locate don your blog by checking the Blog URL in your blidget.
If you continue to have problems, just post up here! We're all working very hard (users and widgetbox) to build this Network together.
I’m excited to help put great minds together with Widgetbox Networks!

Inappropriate? This issue is now solved. If you continue to have issue, just post up here. It generally means that either your blog URL isn't the same in both your feed and the blidget, or that the network widget isn't installed directly on your page.

Inappropriate?Ummmm....no, the problem is not solved. I put it in my sidebar and it's not recognizing it. By "directly on your page" does that mean I can't install it in a CSS template? Seriously?
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Beth,
The issue was that you hadn't installed the widget from the join page. You had installed the widget form a separate location. The activation process looks for the specific widget code snippet that we give you on the join page.
I corrected the info on your membership and activated you, so you're all set.
Hope this helps.
