neocounter no longer loads. Flash 10 script errror comes up
my neo counter is bought and paid for. It worked fine for weeks. Suddenly yesterday I started to see a message saying upgrade to pro or ads may start appearing. A few hours later I began to get an error message popping up
"a script in this movie is causing adobe Flash player 10 to run slowly. IF it continures to run slowly your computer may become unresponsive. do you want to abort the script."
If I say no my browser freezes or the message just pops up again. If i say yes the counter doesnt work. I had other people check my site and they are getting it as well.
I need this fixed right away as I cant have this pop up window coming up and driving away traffic. I really like this counter and I paid for it. I really dont want to have to remove it but if I cant get this fixed soon I will have to.

I explained the situation. Where exactly is the tirade???
Do you see anywhere in my question where I say anything negative about the product, the service, ask for my money back, curse and swear, etc.
Do you think stating I will have to take it down if its not fixed is a tirade?
Yes i did look on the board. No i didnt see anything exactly like this. I saw a question about the ad notice. I did not see a question about flash errors.

Jumping to conclusions, saying 'fix this or else' and the word 'pissed'. That makes it a tirade.
Fix or delete the offending widgets and your Flash problems will probably go away. Or check or delete cookies, etc...
BTW (for all), this is not a Widgetbox problem - it is the developer/other site. -

There have been a bunch of open issues in the last couple of days with Neocounter. Unfortunately, they're issues with their service, not Widgetbox. Their team is working on the issue, but I'd urge you to contact them.
Additionally, please keep in mind who you paid (I don't know). We both sell Pro services that are unrelated. So if you paid $9.99, it was to NeoCounter. If you're a Widgetbox Pro user, it's unrelated to the functionality issues with this widget.

I didnt realize that it was not purchased through you as it appeared this way when I bought it. Had no idea it was 3rd party. Not saying thats all your guys fault. May have not seen something when I bought it. Since this was the first time I got any kind of widget at all didnt realize how things were set up. Even in purchasing it paypal says

Main issue for me is if its not going to work in the very near future then i need it off the site. If i have to eat 10 bucks so be it. Just dont want to ditch it if its going to be fixed pretty soon.

Inappropriate?wasnt really a fix or else. Just a statement of fact. If its not going to be fixed i need it off the site. Its really hard to get traffic coming to your blog. If its buggy people will not come back.

I just sent an e-mail not more than 1 minute ago in reply to NeoWRX. They're actively working on the issue. I've also started a conversation with them about providing more clarity in the affiliation of Widgetbox with their Pro services. Lastly, I've asked that they provide some solid support info and a response-time commitment that we can communicate to users of Widgetbox and NeoWRX to hopefully make this stuff slightly less painful in the future.
So I wouldn't give up quite yet.
