As you may have heard Twitter is experiencing ongoing problems as a result of the DoS attacks earlier this week.
We're working as fast as possible to restore services but some of the problem is out of our hands.

Twitter is having major issues recovering from the attack (http://www.pcworld.com/article/169809...)
We're doing everything we can to work around the issues that they're having, but we will see issues with Twitter feeds until the issues are resolved. I know first-hand that they're working around the clock at Twitter to resolve these issues and restore the API to 100%.
