I'm not sure what animation this widget is supposed to have, but it looks to be working properly. You could try leaving a comment for the developer on the widget's details page.

Ya, about 30 minutes after I left my question it starting working properly and also on my sisters site, too. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I think it just goes through an approval through our website masters so they can approve it or not. Again, thanks!
