Java script not working for my polls

I am a pro user and I have questions about java/html widgets.
I am trying to build 3 poll widgets, however I did 2 and got stuck. I got
the script from a free poll site (3rd party) and used it for both polls.
1) If you click on any of the vote choices, it goes to a page that is too
large for the widget for both of these.
2) I have included the 2 widgetbox urls for you to check.

3) Also running into a non pro version again asking me about ads? I don't
know where to click on the pro version when creating these versinos.
