I need help
support@widgetbox.com bounces as undeliverable and http://support.widgetbox.com/ does not respond by staff......where can one get support , I have been buying Pro accounts or does that mean nothing?

I'm not sure what issues you're having, but support@widgetbox is working fine. I think that you must have an issue on your end.
As for the support.widgetbox.com, I'm a bit behind as I'ma man down. I'm working as quickly as possible to respond to all issues in the order that they were received. The only support ticket from someone named Louis is from yesterday, and I'm just not that caught up yet unfortunately.
Additionally, I already responded to your previous post within a few minutes... this is not a post office: I cannot stand at a counter and answer your questions in real-time (as much as I want to), or else you'd be in a line of few hundred. You need to leave a message and wait for a response.

I apologize, If you found my posting twice. i strongly believe in Widgetbox and am looking forward to working with your company at various levels.
How ever as a paid customer. You should look at the following issues:
1. Your email is account is bouncing. I have been trying to email you since I went pro. This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

2. I created support tickets in your other support system on your site, again since I went pro and no has ever logged in to anser me.
3. I (My Mistake) hesitated to use getsatisfaction, for one simple reason, I had and still have TOO MUCH respect for you company to have support issues in public. I say this for one simple reason. if the mistake is on my part, why should it seem that you have any issues. Again, I like widgetbox and plan on doing business with you.
4. Since your email is bouncing, can you have someone from business development / sales conact me . I do want to do business with you.

Sounds like the issue is with your server hitting gmail too often, according to the Bulk Email Senders response that they gave you. Unfortunately, this is google, and there's not much that I can do. I couldn't reproduce this using any of my personal accounts.
What's your ticket number in our support system? I can take a look and see the status.
What type of business questions do you have? Support isn't the place for those questions anyhow, but I'll need to know what type of partnership you're looking for to end you to the right place.
