I AM DIEING HERE!
I AM GOING CRAZY HERE trying to find out where my purchase is registered!! I emailed support 4 times and still no answer. I used paypal to purchase my subscription to neocounter on my dog's blog: hootieandbabyrocketdog.blogspot.com but everytime I put in one of my email addresses it doesn't recognize it. I went ahead and signed up under --- and it says I don't have any purchases. This is making me very upset. How can I view my purchase & use what I have paid for????? HELP! I wish I had a phone number to call, as I'm ready to throw my computer at the wall. I am totally stressed out over this! CJ

Inappropriate?CJ - Neocounter is a widget that is registered in the widgetbox gallery. Widgetbox does not sell subscriptions to this widget. I think you are mistaking Widgetbox for Neoworx, who is the creator and owner of the Neocounter widget. I would suggest that you go to http://www.neoworx.net/blue/index.php and try the support on their site.
Widgetbox does not currently accept paypal so you could not have made any purchase thru Widgetbox. -
