Due to the way that our login/password system works, it's not possible for anyone to steal your password from us. We don't even have access to your password! What I've seen in the past is that people leave themselves logged in on a computer which someone else then uses.
Alternatively, if they have access to your e-mail address, they could gain access to your WBX account that was as well. Additionally, it sounds like you've had this happen with other accounts of yours recently, so this may be a security issue on your end rather than someone hacking your accounts.
Hopefully this clarifies. I'd hate to have rumors of our user accounts being 'hacked' going around. -
Inappropriate?Well, my passwords have never been hacked before, at least not to my knowledge.
The good news is that I have rectified the problem yesterday. Old password has been changed and the new one is unique, meaning that I have never used it on any other sites before and I intend to keep it unique.
