How to set the Flash widget background to wmode=transparent?
Can you tell me how to get a transparent background in my flash widget? The file works like this using wmode="transparent" .
I tried writing 'transparent' in the colour for the background in the flash widget interface - this makes it go black.
I tried putting [not set] and that didnt work either - it shows the stage colour of the flash file.
The widget is here http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/5497f...
Dark blue is the stage colour of the flash file.
There must be a simple way to do this - no?
Thanks
Dan V

Inappropriate? You'll want to add a new Widget Setting (Flashvar type should work) named "wmode" and set the default value to "transparent"
Generally, when you add your flash widget, we inspect it and set a wmode, but it looks like you may have deleted that setting while trying to resolve the issue.
Hope this helps!

Inappropriate?Hi - Thanks - it didnt work on Flashvar but it worked on Plugin :-)
Also I removed the default background colour. Not sure if that was neccessary or not.
Fantastic resource you guys have here. Im overwhelmed with the possibilities of widgetbox. I think widgets are going to be bigger than video !
I’m thankful
