I'm not sure what type of code Cafemom allows, but click GET WIDGET, copy the Javascript or Flash code, and paste it into the appropriate space on Cafemom.
If you have questions about what type of code is allowed, or where to paste the code, I'd bet CafeMom's support would have those answers for you.
