FB Gallery Application is eating my pro credits! ;) Help!

I bought a Pro and created a FB Gallery Application, which never linked successfully to my Page in Facebook (-10pts!), then created another one to convince myself that I had really done it correctly (-10pts!). The second app linked to the Page (YEAH!) BUT would not customize with same info as the first (don't ask me why). So, in frustration I deleted both of them (neither were successfully installed on the Facebook Page. NOW, my account is still showing -10pts even though I have never had the application actually doing what its intended to do.

AND there's no phone support. I think I could get this working if I could have two minutes of a developer/support person's time. how do I get my 10pts back to my account? How do I get the gallery application actually working on the right page? Uggh....
