Desperate Case: Widgets Don't Work
Hello,
I have a little problem with my site: Widgets seem to work no longer. I have the Babylon translation tool on my main site, http://www.freewebs.com/joschafinger/... , and it is suddenly no longer visible. I tried replacing it, first with a renewed version of itself, then with another dictionary widget -to no avail. As I and my students use the widget quite often, this is quite an urgent problem.
I reported the problem to webs.com, and they have filed a ticket with you. I really need this issue resolved -what can I do?

Sorry, but Freewebs.com hasn't submitted anything to us.
As for why your widgets aren't working, I'd suggest seeing if they work on our site. If not, it would be an issue with your computer (or network) blocking Javascript. If they do work properly on our site, but not on Freewebs, then the issue would be with Freewebs.
I took a look at your site, but there are no Widgetbox widgets on your page at all (as in not even in your source code).

Inappropriate?Yup, got it. Your saying that there were no w'box widgets on my site did the trick. Webs had sent me on to you, so I believed them. The widget in question, however, is by someone else, so I found out the correct provider, got the source, pasted it as a custom html -and it works just fine, even with FF3. The trouble lay with webs.com, after all.
