creating or customizing video widgets for my sites including myspace.
What is the best way to build a video widget to meet my needs? There are a few youtube ones that seem ok at first but I cant edit the settings to my needs nor do they work in myspace. Looking through the site I didnt see a way to copy or edit widgets or any information on where to start building your own (other then the blank or hello world template).

Inappropriate?Hi there,
I'd say searching the gallery until you find something that will work for you is the easiest way to do this, but if you can't find the right widget, there are other options.
You can build your own from any HTML or Javascript that you like here:
http://www.widgetbox.com/create/creat...
Another option would be, if you're less comfortable with writing code, would be to build your widget on a site like iWidgets.com and then submit it to our gallery. They have a video widget builder over there.
Hope this helps!

Inappropriate?Writing code is not an issue, if there is some guideline, FAQ or tutorial of where to start. And why would I go to another site to build a widget and bring it to your site when I paid to use your features.
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate? You can write any HTML or Javscript that you like. It's not any weird for of Widgetbox code or anything like that.
You can find docs on using config params, external config, and all of the other options here:
