Inappropriate?Hi, Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I was able to create a blidget with this feed http://www.gamblingteachers.com/craps.... Can you tell me the steps you are taking and where exactly it is spinning w/o continuing? Thanks.

Inappropriate?Giles: I go to my widgetbox and create new widget, then choose blog/rss feed, input
the .xml url. I get processing widget, then takes me to page where the spinning begins looking for the feed, I assume and I get a freeze.
Things are getting worse. I just went to My Widgetbox, create new widget and when
I click blog/feed---nothing. BTW, I also tried to join one of the networks and it won't take.
I wonder if my pro status has not been established correctly. I had problems last week with ads showing and once I contacted you, they said they had corrected their records and confirmed my pro status. Maybe that's where u could start looking at the problem. -
Your pro status looks fine but I will confirm with support on Monday. We did have some issues with some script files being served to people this morning. So you may want to try one more time now. If you are still having trouble post the URL to the page that fails to be sure I'm testing the correct one. Thanks. -
Inappropriate?I'm not sure if this is related, however,
With Firefox (FF3), I cannot LOGIN. The login button does NOTHING. The "My Widgetbox" Icon flashes when pressed but doesn't do anything. Explorer (IE7 and 8) work properly.
I can access my account from a computer w/ FF3 that has auto-login (i.e. logged in before and told FF to save login...).
For the last few days, the screen to test 'view widget in flash wrapper' fails on widgets that used to pass that test. The screen gets 'grayed-out' and hangs, never displaying an error or the widget. This occurs with all my browsers: IE7, 8, FF3
I’m coasting, waiting for answers to several threads/questions

It sounds like you have an old script file cached in FF3. Can you go to the homepage of widgetbox. Click and hold shift while and click reload in the browser then try loggin in again. If that does not work please let us know and we can do more diagnostics on Monday when the full support is in in that case please email support at widgetbox.com with an update. Thanks. -
I have always used ctrl (control) -reload to do a 'clear cache refresh' - I should have tried that before posting. Yes, it fixed the Login Problem - Thanks! (shift-reload may/probably works for clear cache reload, too - I've always used ctrl-refresh...is there a difference between the two?). -
Inappropriate?I closed FFox and went away for a few hours, came back and was back on track. It's possible closing FF cleared my cache or perhaps it just wasn't my morning whereas the late evening turned out ok.
Thanks to all...gayle...
