Blidget installed but Widgetbox is malfunctioning by not recoginizing it on my site.

www.AutomotiveDigitalMarketing.com has widgetbox autos blidget installed, but widgetbox keeps telling me it is not installed which is nonsense and not true... IT IS INSTALLED AND IN PLAIN SIGHT on every page! I purchased professional upgrade and have worked all day on this and now I am getting jhacked around by your BS support system.
