Blidget - disappearing text

When I add text to my widget (in a custom tab), the text disappears as soon as I click save. It is also formatting and saying I content limit has been reached when I have very little text in there, less than 300 words. Basically it is really playing up!

Copying and pasting text into this field is giving me the most problems - in case some markup was also being pasted I first took text into a text editor and removed all formatting.

I have also been seeing an error saying - feed not accessible, with a link to this page...
