Black box around widget in pro
After I signed up with pro I put the new code for games on my website, but now there is a black box around the widget. Can I get rid of it, or is that because I selected the "remove widget button" choice? I noticed that within the black box there is code.

Inappropriate?Hi there,
Removing the Get Widget button shouldn't add anything. Can you post a link and maybe a screenshot of the black box that you're seeing so I can determine if it's within the widget or on your site?

Inappropriate?I haven't gone live with the pages yet because of the problem. But I can if you need to see it. The problem doesn't exist only on my page though. The black box is around the game on your website before I get the code. There is a code --> in the black space above the game on all of them except one.

Hey Teresa,
I can definitely take a look on our site. Can you please post a link to the widget on our site (e.g. http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/_______) -

If I have a pro account and they have a pro account is there an issue? -
Inappropriate?Hey Teresa,
Shave my Yeti just has that black as part of the Flash. It's just the way the widget was built.
The other two have black areas where Ads generally go. Since you're a Pro user, thy don't show the ads, but the black border remains. It's just a design decision that this developer made to not hide the entire background when you're pro.

Inappropriate?I had the counter strike game on my site "pre-pro" and it was fine, but now the code in the black box pushes the game down so you can't see the bottom of the screen. I guess I won't be able to use it now?

I don't see any code in the border of my widget.
You could try contacting the developer to see if they can resolve it: bijoy@jsplash.com -
Inappropriate?I just had a thought. After I signed up with pro I pushed the "edit this widget" button to get new code without the "get this widget button". As a *noob* to all this I pushed the "publish changes" button thinking that it was to refresh the changes. I pushed that button on these accounts before I caught on to what it *really* meant. It was after that the box appeared and on other games there isn't a box. Could this have caused the code issue and the black box?

Inappropriate?Publish Changes would have removed the Ads if you'd installed them before you were Pro, so I guess that would explain why they look differently than they did before.
