Ads That keep Returning...Even After I Went Pro....

I thought that this issue was solved, but it seems to be reoccurring...What can I do to try and rectify this minor problem?

I have the same problem. The ads show up in the widget in the same place as if I was a free member. My account name is tsimmons2@northrock.bm. I have most of them in panels so they are easy to manipulate.

Do the widgets update in the panels once I have saved them or do I have to recreate?

If you can post links to the subscription pages where you see these widgets, it'd be helpful, just in case it's not all of your widgets.

Usually, a good attempt to fix these is to PUBLISH CHANGES on the subscription that you're working with. Sometimes this clears out the issue, although not always. It's the first thing that I always try.

Post those links and I'll start taking a look.

Hi Dave,

I tried the Publish Change button numerous times. Nothing is getting rid of those ads. Furthermore, they don't display properly on the NING Network. They don't display like the panel widget you have on your site. The widgets come up huge. I am beginning to wonder if the purchase was really worth it.

I would appreciate if you would sign into http://your-health-unwrapped.ning.com and see under Groups - Musicians corner and other groups they are all showing ads. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this and may just have to cancel the account.

hello Tracey - i have logged in and went to several groups pages but i do not see any widgets. I do see a widget on the initial page http://your-health-unwrapped.ning.com with no ads showing.

Can you please point me to the page where the widget is showing an ad. I will look at it immediately and get this resolved for you.

The Group - Musicians Corner has a widget gallery attached. You have to scroll down and in the text box you will see the widgets. When I open each widget there are ADS attached to them. This is becoming very very irritating. We are getting nowhere going back and forth.

Even my actual website is displaying ADs. See http://www.yourhealthunwrapped.com/we.... Wait for the page to load and it displays Ads by google on the "Yoga Journal Pose" Widget. The problem is obviously within your system or do you need to deal with the ADs one by one????? If it is the latter that is a very tedious process and if that is the case you are a better off going into my widget a/c and dealing with the problem from there. I am wasting valuable time my Social Network should have gone LIVE like last month. If you are unable to deal with this problem then please find someone who can.

This is becoming very very irritating. We are getting nowhere going back and forth. Its like I am having to prove to you this is happening but you are not dealing with the real issue which is getting RID of the problem.

I am not seeing ads running on your widgets. Can you please post a link to the ones that are running ads? The Yoga widget does not have ads and i do not see any widgets that have ads in http://your-health-unwrapped.ning.com....
