It says you get 10 credits as a pro, is that per month? per year? When can I get more? Thanks.

it's not per month, per year, etc. It's total. As a Pro user, you get 10 Pro Credits total.
You can purchase Pro packs in packs of 10. Just go to this page and click BUY MORE to purchase more credits.

Also on this page, you can turn off Pro features for widgets to get a Pro credit back.
