I'm sure like a lot of people, I'm wondering what your purpose is, since you cannot offer anything? Who or what are you? You certainly DO NOT provide any form remotely of support. "Forums and FAQ are notoriously known for cop-outs and Fob offs", so what on earth is the nature of your responsibility? So far, you've given useless advice on something I'd obviously tried anyway. Endless people will keep asking the same question throughout the forum, and nobody ever getting an answer. So, please stop being the default robot, as you are NOT helping anyone at all. – Vanillaman, on October 29, 2009 11:14

Actually, it is on the "Widgets" page, but like most forums, this is just another cop-out and fob off for so-called support. – Vanillaman, on October 28, 2009 20:44
Vanillaman asked a question in Widgetbox on October 28, 2009 18:55:
Stop autoplay "please"I have added the music juke box to my website. However, there is a major problem with it, which is both infuriating and annoying - Each time my webpage loads, this player "auto plays", and there is no "shut up" option available. This defeats the purpose of having this widget since it cripples my site with this excruciatingly annoying autoplay function. I've had endless complaints about it, and now I'll have to remove it. It also has that same equally annoying song over and over again. Please help as this is driving me nuts.-

Thanks Chris. That sounds suspect, especially IE6. So, how do I fix it? I seem to remember when this happened before, I was asked first if I wanted to make something my default........ Problem is, I can't remember the exact question, but I think it was in uTorrent? – Vanillaman, on August 13, 2008 15:25

Sorry, but I can't explain it any simpler. I didn't mention anything about having problems opening a program or Media Player. It's simply that when downloading with uTorrent, using eg. Minova or Isohunt etc, the download would normally go straight to Miro for downloading there..... – Vanillaman, on August 12, 2008 14:36

Thanks Dean, but you seem to be referring to the "Open With" option within Windows Explorer. This is a completely different issue relating to downloading. – Vanillaman, on August 12, 2008 14:27
Vanillaman asked a question in Participatory Culture Foundation (Miro) on August 12, 2008 12:45:
Interferring FrostwireI sometimes use uTorrent to download videos from Minova or Isohunt and usually it automatically and quickly goes straight into Miro as I press download. This is much faster with Miro, and I can watch its download progress. However, ever since I updated my Frostwire, the dialogue box appears with an empty/blank icon, saying its a Frostwire torrent, so nothing is there. Now, even though I've uninstalled Frostwire to stop it interferring, its still the same. How do I get it back the way it was??
