I would like to know why my pro poll widget don't show the result(s) after the readers of my blog vote?

Ads That keep Returning...Even After I Went Pro....

Hi! Widgetbox,
I'm paying for pro. But, I see ads on only one of my Widgets on my blog...Therefore, I would like to know what steps should I take to remove these ads? Why does these ads come up? I have tried to remove them, but they keep appearing.
