Me personally think PPP 3 version has gone down hill alot. I really like the PPP V4 version, but i dont think its enough on its own to disregard the PPP 3 version altogether.

I just felt that the PPP 3 system needed improving massively. I used to be able to take up to 2-3 posts a day easily, and now i struggle to see a decent one in a week (and thats with 2 blogs with page rank!) Plus the prices are really poor for what word count is required most the time. Bring back the $5 post minimum days i say!

Some might be happy the way it is, but i know i wont be taking 0.50 cent and $1 opps anytime soon. It devalues you as a blogger, and the hard work that goes into making the post. Plus they get a link and it stays on your blog forever. For 0.50 thats a bargain if you ask me! - and not for the blogger by far.

At least at PPP V4 you get to set your own price, and you dont have to grab whilst you can!

Thats why i liked the idea of the whole merge thing really. But keeping PPP V4 as it is and making PPP 3 into the inlinks i would be happy with.

Come on Izea why release the new version near a 'holiday point' if your not going to release and not going to answer questions during that time!!!!

I know i was waiting patiently all day lol.

I kept checking on and off cause im 5 hours in front here in the UK, so was thinking is it 12am or 12pm they starting it their time!? .... But i was wrong on both counts!!

Im guessing they must have had some technical problems or something. Hope we hear something soon :-o

I checked all the PPP systems and the InLinks one throughout the day yesterday and nothing changed. The Inlinks site has changed from saying 20th November for the launch to coming soon!

I havent heard anything. Is it still happening??

Hi Muh,

Sorry i didnt quite understand the first part of your question :) .... You will always see your recent leads in the my leads tab first, then an email notification will usually come later letting you know that your blog may qualify.

The notifications are just there to inform you that you have leads if you havent checked already.

But its all down to the advertiser liking your blog and finding it suitable. If they do select you, you wont find it in my leads tab it will be under your 'open' tab for your particular blog.

It is NOT a general blog and always sticks to it's travel related niche.

I am guessing that the advertiser may have cancelled the task before the email was sent out. Sometimes it happens.

You will generally see potential jobs in your leads tab first before you get an email. But usually if it was a cancellation you should get an email telling you this.

Like i say thats just a guess on my part. I would wait for support to answer in case its a glitch in the system;)

I also hear what RealityTVFan is saying a decent minimum offer would be cool. $3-5 seems fair anyway.

The my leads tab is where advertisers have created a new opportunity, and they want to see who is interested so they can look through and select suitable blogs that would match what they are looking for.

It is NOT a offer. You simply click 'im interested' if you are and 'no thanks' if your not.

Sometimes you will get the task to do and sometimes you wont. Its all down to if the advertiser feels your blog is suitable.

For each blog you have in the system you need to check the my leads tab daily.

I know what you mean. There are some opps in PPP at moment that want 0.50 cents for 200 words and $1.00 for 300 words, so if that company did a link only is that gonna be 0.01 cents? lol.

As long as the prices are fair i wont mind, but i wont be taking any posts for cents thats for sure!

I hope they can bring back a minimum per job like when it used to be $5.00 minimum in the older PPP system.

The PPP merge does seem exciting and scary at the same time. Maybe because i'm worried i will get less work, but we will see :)

Oh yes i have done that before - so you will just do a new post each time and put the link in somewhere? With the link only's i know the word counts in the post are usually to your own discretion - like a parapgraph or two. Is this the same here?

Is it reviews as well Carri did i read the email right? Or just a link only system?

I know you have probably been bombarded with questions about the new PPP merge on Friday. but i just wanted to clarify a couple of things if i may:

I am under the impression from the email i received that PPP v4 and the normal PPP are merging as one site? Does that mean that the advertisers get to choose the prices for each post, or will it still be that you set your own pricing like currently at PPP V4?

I was a bit confused as well because i read that there will be in link posts only, then further down i read there are review posts to choose from too?

Please correct me if im wrong :)

Thanks for the info. I managed to figure it all out in the end, and it got approved ok woo!

I know i hate the chore ones too. If the offer isnt good enough or doesent match what i ask for at ppp v4 i will always decline these, as like you say the advertisers will always see how much they can squeeze out of you :)

I think there will always be more than half the bloggers that are willing to take opps for cents or a $1 etc, and as long as advertisers get the links they probably dont care so much about content most of the time.

I remember the days when there were minimums for post prices like $5 as standard and NEVER below. These days i think the minimum is like 0.50 cents!!!

I'm not sure if we will ever win this 'fair price' war mate but im always hopeful!

I agree with chris. I think it would be great to just get them all on one page with the blog name next to it.

This way you can click the interested or no thanks bit from there instead of keep swopping the blogs over in the filter boxes :)

Hi,

I just wanted to clarify a few things. I have an opportunity called Cuba holidays, but i was a bit confused by the exact requirements. Please see my ( ) questions by each one. Cheers!

1. cuba holiday news in the post title (Ok i understand that one)
2. cuba holiday news in an h1 tag (header 1) (Whats an h1 tag header? - Is it a title at the top of the post as well as the main title?)
3. cuba holiday news in bold in first paragraph (Is this the link in bold, or the link plus the words cuba holiday news in bold?)
4. image named cuba-holiday-news (Does the image need linking to the site, or just a title underneath saying cuba holiday news?)
