Having this problem again. I've added another Vimeo video (about 6 hours ago) and my widget has not updated.

Well, OK, this morning the video is showing up. That's not nearly as fast as I'd hoped it would be. The widgets are supposed to update their feeds every 15 minutes, right?

How can I remove the widgetbox logo and link from the bottom of a panel? I have a PRO account.

I've removed links and logos from my widgets, but also need to remove from a panel. The blue just doesn't go with my site's skin.

OK, I see that CREATED widgets can multiply as INSTALLED widgets. That doesn't make much sense to me...what is the difference between a widget I've created, and its installed iteration? Aren't they the same thing? (My first day with your product...can you tell? ;-)

I'm a new user...Pro account. I have two widgets (or are they blidgets?), although in playing I have saved my widgets a number of times. But, I have just two widgets in my list.

When I go to create a Panel, I see multiple iterations of my two widgets listed, and can't figure out how to know which ones are my good, published working widgets!

What am I doing wrong?

This would solve a couple of problems for me.

First of all, videos will play much more responsively if coming from the local hard drive and not streaming. If I can point my Prezi presentation to a video file locally, I can have that play instead of waiting for the media to stream.

Also, this would allow my Prezis to work in offline mode! if the videos live locally, it would be easy for my Prezi to work even if I'm not online!

I would GLADLY pay for a Premium or Pro TextPlus account that is tied to my Google Voice number! Call those folks at Google and hammer out a deal! :-)
