Sub-User Accounts? How do you Set them up?

Hello:

I am looking to create sub-user accounts in my pro account so I can give individuals access to there widget to view stats. Is there a place to create a sub account and give them permission to an individual widgets stats?

My site is missing??? I login into my account and my site is not there? I even paid for a Weebly pro account and nothing. The site is still published but I can't find it in Weebly and can't edit it. I need to be able to edit and make changes! I even changed the A records when there servers were under attack and now I can't even find the site???

How do I use my pro credits? I have 10 left and need to make a developed widget a pro widget but can't seem to use a credit? Where and how do I do this.
