My widget isn't updating the xml data.

Yes, I have read the docs and they do not address the problem.

The widget has a link to web site. The (absolute) link works perfectly until it's uploaded to widget box.

The widget is not looking for script access.

The links are absolute and the widget works until I load it to widget box. It doesn't work with or without your flash wrapper.

Can a remote flash widget include a link to a web site? The link in my flash widget does not work.

I renamed the xml, republished it. Erased the old widget and started over and it worked! Not sure why but I think I know what to look for next time to avoid these problems. Thanks for all of your help!

Thanks! Is it correct then that I won't see the xml data until the widget is placed on a site. You will notice that my test is working perfectly at: http://www.product-id.com/widget/test... but when viewed within widgetbox the rotating data is missing.

I have tested it at product-id.com/widget/test.html and the linked xml data appears. However, it does not show up in the widget box "test".

This is my first widget...it's very likely I've missed something obvious. Thanks for your help!
