Request Change on Blidget Pro Theme. On the Blidget Pro Theme entitled "OS X Chrome", there is no option to enable a different title background color. The default is transparent but this is not feasible for many websites as the colors of the page may be too dark to enable reading of the title if the title text is black.
Change Request:
1. Make the title background white by default
OR
2. Add the option to change the background color for the title, at whim.
Thanks!

Then where are all the hits coming from? It's saying 65+ hits a day. I don't have it installed that many places so the number seems strangely inflated. I can't tell without improved metrics. It's like buying a new dress and having my boyfriend sit with a glazed look. Does he like it or not? I don't know. LOL!

I'm not looking at a canvas page [what is that?] and the only thing I'm doing is talking to people on my FB page and the Facebook App [RSS feed of Woot.com] is showing on your metrics as having 65 hits. This number appears to me to be me talking on my page instead of actual people clicking the widget.
So I wanted to exclude my IP so I could see what was really going on. But no way to do this. Would greatly add value if we could see better metrics. Maybe these are coming from people searching your site...I don't know. I can't tell what to tweak to make the app more effective. Does that make sense?

Oh, well, I made a Facebook App for Woot.com using your utilities and I put it on my personal Facebook page [you can't put them on business pages]. That way it'll go viral, right? So...I do a lot of communicating through FB and I can't tell if people are looking at it or it's me. See? US Weekly is probably not trying to distribute a viral app on Facebook like I am. Who knows? I haven't seen one.

Yeah, I understand that. But somebody is going to ask for it besides me b/c you honestly can't do any type of evaluation the way it is currently. Probably also nobody has asked is b/c the service is fairly inexpensive. So if it's a loss, big whoop.
But, you honestly can't tell if anyone is looking at the thing or not, you can't measure anything b/c you can't exclude. So...I would say this would greatly add value to your service if it were to be implemented. Great value. As it is, if I can't measure it, why use it? I can't tweak b/c I can't see what people are responding to...do they like or not? Cannot tell.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be so frank. I mean, I can't use the metrics at all b/c I can't exclude myself and my colleagues [who are working on it] so we see the developers showing up with valid impressions and no way to tell the difference. Probably you are not hearing feedback on this b/c the help system requires you to create a login and most people can't be bothered doing it and just forget it and move on... [My humble opinion]

Widget/Blidget/FB App stats need to have ability to exclude IP addresses. For the widget stats, they are fairly useless to the developer without the ability to exclude IPs from the report. Fix?

Facebook App showing someone else's content...Hi, I developed a blidget called "Woot Widget" and it's displaying content from another widget/blidget from your site in the Facebook Application [not the blidget]. ?? This is what it's showing: http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/foggy... Until you click on my Facebook App, it shows content from that other widget. Not sure why?? Was working until today and I've not changed anything, so I'm pretty sure it's on the Widgetbox side. Thanks for all your help and keep up the good job!

Edits in Blidget Not Showing Up in Facebook App Created From ItOk, I created a blidget and Facebook app from the blidget. But...I edited the blidget and it only updates the Facebook app after you click on the app. So it's sort of buggy. It shows my old design until I click it in FB and then it shows the new, edited design.
Help! I need it to instantly show the edits on FB!! Here's the FB app. Thanks!

Widgetbox,
I created a Blidget Pro and converted it to a Facebook App. The app installs ok on Facebook, however, the image doesn’t show up until you click the app in the sidebar. What do I do to get it to work?
